VALETTE FOIE GRAS

Located between Périgord and Quercy, the Valette house perpetuates the tradition of the manufacture of fatty livers and the gastronomic specialties of the terroir for 3 generations. It was in 1920 that Adrien Valette created this family home which is today directed by Jacques Valette, the grandson of the founder. The best products in the region are selected: Foie Fat labeled IGP Southwest or Périgord, Magrets, candied, black truffles of Périgord, walnuts, ceps ... worked by hand with first choice subjects in respect of tradition . The house Valette offers you: fresh fat, half-cooked and canned foie, foie gras, terrines and pilots, candied, gizzards, ready meals and cassoulets, black truffles of Périgord and mushrooms, but also, regional sweets, boxes Gifts and wines.
