Dairies Gargiulo was born in 1957 in the mountainous ridge that kisses the Sorrento peninsula: the lactari mountains. Our passion and our desire to experiment and widen our horizons brought us year after year to include new elements of the study and love that we have for this job in our park. The features that only the milk of our mountains manages to attribute to our products and our masters have made that Gargiulo dairy was selected by Slow Food publisher in the book ""Natural Cheeses - Journey to the discovery of the best of Italy"" obtaining, also from Campania Region Three milk drops at excellence to the last regional contest of raw milk cheeses of the Campania Apennines
