The oil produced by the Sinatra farm is obtained from the ""Nocellara dell'Etna"" variety, an extra virgin olive oil that owes its excellence to traditional and natural cultivation methods. The olive cultivation areas extend from the Simeto river (Paternò) to the southern side of the Volcano Etna (Ragalna). The Sinatra Gaetano Salvatore company is present on the market since 1978, obtaining an ever greater sales space.
