The Akiana Simple Company is a biological farm of about 40 located in the heart of the plain of Catania, on the slopes of the Volcano Etna. Our family cultivates corporate lands from 5 generations. In recent years the traditional cultivations of citrus fruits, olive trees and cereals were supported by new productions such as apricots and pomegranate. The company has been entirely converted to organic cultivation and all company productions are certified by the BioApricert control body. With a view to the enhancement of corporate production, an accurate process of transformation of company productions has been launched which led to the production of extra bio fruit jams and extra virgin olive oil of organic olive, of a bitter pomegranate and of citrus fruits. However, these delicacies must also be valued on a commercial level so as to make them known as as much as possible of consumers. From this point of view, a functional website was recently carried out with which it is expected to be able to promote and market company productions.
