The company NACRE SRL was founded in 2018, by the will of four founding members accumulated by a strong link with the city of Modica and by the passion for Chocolate of Modica, which since 2019 has obtained IGP recognition (protected geographical identification). The main objective was the creation of a medium brand to launch on the market, in full respect of tradition, with a careful look In innovation. From here, the choice to produce a high quality chocolate by choosing products recognized as excellence, for example: Bronte pistachio, Avola almonds, Syracuse lemons. Presented with adequate innovative packaging, full of information to accompany the consumer and make it aware of the quality, processing technique, with even cultural historical notes, as well as nutritional information, guarantee of a product Today increasingly boasted by nutritionist doctors. Once the production of our chocolate bars started, we gave room for passion for pastry, a very valued sector in the city of Modica. We have designed a series of products with Modica IGP chocolate and, aiming to enter a larger sector, we have created a ""Chocolate of Modica IGP ingredient"", ie a vast production of semi-finished pastry and Gelateria, such as to be proposed to large laboratories and industry industries.
