PACHAMAMA PERU

The history and origin of our business begins with my father's work that, with the help of my mother, created Kukuli in the 1980s, years of my birth. Kukuli develops a textile artisan work inherited from my grandparents, in the city of Cusco, and currently Kukili and Pachamama maintain this tradition of sale of artisan products such as poncho, sweaters, wool jackets. My father started studying the art of hand-embroidered sweaters for children, with knitting machines. Currently Cucul participates in international fairs such as Milan, Paris, Berlin, Lisbon, always with the artisans themselves, helping to improve their quality of life. The current job consists in going to those cities away from the capital, to look for the best products. My mother, I or my father go to Julia, Puno, Arequipa Lima and Cusco to show products suitable for European taste, but keeping our quality and Latin art. The last project is to invite customers to spend a trip to our country and live with these collaborators, in every city, thus having the opportunity to visit the country differently.
