The company operates in the dairy sector for over 60 'years producing Pecorini D.O.P. (being partners-founders of the consortium) Caprini, creams and ricotti is fresh and salted. All prepared strictly with the Sardinian milk of our area, on which the sanitary controls are made daily that in the artisanal processing phases ensure a quality production. The conferred milk is subjected to the laws in force with a fortnightly control even by the ARA and the local USL to which it belongs. Furthermore, as requested by the current legislation, it was considered necessary to adopt a self-control system based on the HACCP methodology (risk analysis and critical points control) to ensure the prevention of chemical and particle contamination on its own production and hygienic safety and the SaluBrability of the product. The cheese of our dairy is produced by the wise hands of our houses that continue daily to realize the dream of our family, aromas and flavors decided, sometimes delicate that they recall the landscapes and cultures and traditions of Sardinia. These are the sensations that the Picciau company wants to offer its consumers.
