Bakery Ferretti is active in Pergine since 1977 since Bruno Ferretti has detected the old Bertoni oven again in Via November to Pergine Valsugana. In the 1990s the oven has moved to Via Dolomiti to take the bakery activity of Tullio Bugnara, of which it still preserves the name and this is precisely the period in which the company between Bruno and the brother-in-law is created Remo and from the which develops the current bakery production. Recently, Bakery Burnara has also acquired the clientele of the Bakery of the Brothers Osler in Canezza, who have concluded their business in 2012.
