My name is Alessandro Cavalin, Master Distillator of the Borgo Vecchio company, founded in 1959. For three generations we produce grappa, liqueurs and fruit distillates in Trentino. In a distillery, the family personally takes care of all the production phases: from the collection of fresh pomace to the cellars or fruit, passing to distillation in a copper bain-marie craftsmanship in copper, up to the aging certified in small barrels, in order to obtain a Great product that respects the tradition of the territory.
