In Losta, in the heart of the Cilento National Park, over 40 years ago, Rosetta Lembo founded his pastry, the wheel, transforming a passion, that for the desserts and for the gastronomic traditions of his family, into a job. We are in Cilento, home of Parmenides and Zenone, a land, alive, which tells of philosophy and love, with words just whispered: love for traditions, for ancient recipes, for the genuine products of this lush land, the same, identical, authenticity that you will find the wheel in the products. We use French butter, white figs of Cilento, Sicilian pistachios, raw materials, therefore, of great quality. And again, manual processing, absence of preservatives and synthesis aromas, long leavening, these are the secrets of the panettone the wheel.
