TIAHUANACU

Artesanias Tiahuanacu was founded on 15 January 1985 and began to operate as a cooperative with 10 members to produce and sell leaders with alpaca yarns, for more than 7 years. Later, most members became independent, leaving Ms Elsa Soliz as the only owner. To continue to grow as an export company, on 5 May 2006 Elsa Soliz changed the name of the cooperative to start a small family business (EMS) as a limited liability company, with the name of Culturas Andin Tiahuanacu Import Export Srl. In May 2019 the company decided to diversify, creating a new business unit for technological products and services (ICT) and telecommunications. Furthermore, a new ""T-Wanak"" logo is designed. For more than 30 years, through its ""Alpaca Textiles"" business unit, it is proposed to the national and international market, exporting garments, crafts and participating in international fairs in Europe and America. Parallel the new business unit of technology and telecommunications is consolidated.
