We are a family-run farm, the management is based on the grazing brado of the animals which are free to choose the most congenial forage essences. The territory is strongly characterized by different varieties of spontaneous clovers and liets. Furthermore, the leaves and berries of the numerous olive trees present are very attractive by animals that can be fed willingly. In this way the milk produced is characterized by all the others, because it incorporates all the perfumes and flavors of nature into it: consequently also the cheese produced will be unique.
