In 2012 the Fabrizio brothers and Fabio detect the parents' farm. Fabrizio, after years of experience spent as a cook in many European cities, focuses immediately on innovative methods. Driven by the passion for the use of genuine and quality raw materials, it begins to expand the company's oliviculous production. The property, a wide 250 hectares, includes 30 hectares of vineyard, 50 of cereals and 18 olive groves. The latter, which has about 4000 plants, is the pride of the owners in consideration of the fact that the number of trees is quadrupled in just 5 years; Furthermore, the choice of plants to be cultivated falls on the least widespread Tuscan varieties, including the horn hose. In 2016 the ambitious goal that Fabrizio arises is a corporate oil mill, a goal that punctually is reached with the realization of an absolutely advanced plant equipped with the best technologies. The first collection campaign in 2017 saw an amazing extra virgin olive oil from the characteristic rushed bitter, from the net tone of spicy and a good fruity background.
