The poplar oven was born by the hand of the Sestilio and Bruno Pioppi brothers after a period of gavette and learning of the craft at a bakery in the center of Perugia. Fabio, son of senilio, is today the proud owner of a family-run reality that aspires to traminate the knowledge and passion for pastry to future generations, both sweet and salted; a profession that, pursued with talent and devotion, has not failed to give the great satisfaction to the family, as the bronze medal at the 2019 edition of the ""best panettone of the world"", a competition that compared 165 panettoni between classics, stuffed and Decorated.
