MATTHIEU BETEMPS

They are Bethemps Matthieu, owner of the homonymous company based in Saint Christophe and I am a wine producer. The passion for my work leads me to have an approach as respectful as possible of nature and my vineyards. For this, in fact, I do not use glyphosous; Concimate only in an organic way and, given the impervious conditions of the territory, I work manually. I keep this approach also respectful in the cellar, where I do not add yeasts to the grapes and rather let the indigenous ones develop. The varieties that grow are mainly indigenous. I produce two red wines: ""The Revê"" and ""goods"".
