I am Franco Ventricelli, a visionary that has been cultivating a dream more than 30 years: producing great wines in total respect for nature. I have not inherited anything: only sacrifices and hard work have brought my company to be one of the most representative realities of Puglia. I treat all manual processing in our vineyards and, thanks to the attention to detail, I can say I was pioneer. Ours were the first bio wines in Puglia, we re-evaluated the min one, almost extinct, we are among the very few that in Puglia produce sparkling wines, we have an innovative protocol for the production of wines without added sulphites.
