BIRRIFICIO ARTIGIANALE DELLA VAL GARDENA

I am Carmelo Lipomi and in 2016 I founded with, Jan and Tobia the Birrificificio Montiër, the first artisan of Val Gardena. Our beers are a hymn to the beauty of the Dolomites. Low fermentation beers and high fermentation beers are born in our laboratory. Taking advantage of the local microflora we also carry a wooden project of spontaneous fermentations. Selected malts, wise dosage of hops and high mountain pure water are high quality warranty. Moniër is demonstration that craft beer can be simple, better, immediate and at the same time incredibly seductive.
