Frantoio Silvestri, leans on the hills of Gualdo Cattaneo to look over drink and the valley that opens up to Assisi, is the result of as many as 60 years of experience, passion and tradition in milling art. It is on these roots that starts the LEONARDO project, a young guide to the Silvestri oil mill that made its vocation. Here, the native cultivar of the Moraiolo concentrates in its fruit all the flavor of a harsh but generous land. From the desire to innovate and go further, embracing agriculture at KM 0 married by Chiara, the Frantoio today offers a range of new products obtained from the best ingredients of the territory.
