I am Simone Bortolus and along with my brother Marco, after years of adventures, in 2012 we managed to open Sweetwear pastry. We are a team composed of young boys, we focus on the quality of the artisan product starting from the raw material before chosen. We try to enhance the products of our territory with special combinations like our salted panettone, but we are also dynamic in continuous search for new processing techniques. Strength of strength are the leavened, strictly with natural yeast, from panettone to doves, both sweets and salted, the brioches for breakfast, guban and many other products.
