The genuine goodness was initially born as a small corner for the retail trade and vegetables in the historic center of Tortora, a raident and uncontaminated country considered ""the entrance door of Calabria"". In 2012, thanks to the strong will of Adelina Guerriero, owner of the company and her spirit of initiative, combined with an innate talent in creating new, delicious products, to the simple direct sale, the production of various types of jams was added and Jams, prepared entirely with natural ingredients and without any ""chemistry"" addition. Adelina managed to carry out an absolutely unpublished project in the Tortorese reality, enhancing the ancient flavors of nature, the virtues and perfumes of those places, and combining tradition and innovation to obtain new and at the same time characteristic products, thanks to the wise use of the famous Calabrian chilli pepper, ""battle horse"" of the company.
