ANTICHI SAPORI DI CALABRIA
The Salumificio San Giacomo is a cicada corporate reality, a village in the province of Catanzaro. We specialize in the artisan production of Calabrian salami, worked in respect of tradition. We also distinguish ourselves for rigorously natural conservation methods. We use salt and Calabrian chilli to give the taste typical to our meats. Thanks to the natural waterfall with beech wood, we give a unique flavor that distinguishes us from any other Calabrese susilificio.
