Since 2008 we have produced typical artisan ice cream from desserts intended for the Ho.re.ca channel throughout Italy and Europe and frozen shops. Our company, located in Calabro lace (VV), where it observes the ancient traditions of the city ice cream parlors. We use the collaboration of ice cream and frozen distributors. Our main product is the lace truffle, handcrafted according to the traditions that date back to the early 1950s.
